Payment & Booking Policy
Please review the following payment and booking requirements before confirming your Umrah services with Al Ruwad.
Umrah Visa
• Full payment is required prior to processing your Umrah visa application.
• Visa processing will begin after receiving full payment and the required Nusuk Approved Hotel Agreement Approval / Nusuk Request (Talab) from the hotel.
• Visa copies will be sent to the email address used by the agent while uploading the pilgrims’ passports on the Nusuk System.
Hotels
• A deposit amount is required to confirm a hotel reservation within the option period.
• The required deposit will be clearly stated during the booking process.
• To obtain Hotel Booking Confirmation Approval on the Nusuk System, clients are required to make full payment to the hotel.
Transport
• For both Private Transportation and Bus Transportation, advance payment is recommended to secure the booking.
• Our drivers are strictly prohibited from collecting cash payments from guests.
